Shipping Policy

We, at Rundrans Enterprises Trading PVT LTD, take utmost care in delivering your products safely and timely. Hence, we partner only with Indian Post and other reputed courier companies.

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including unexpected weather conditions or strikes resulting in travel delays from our courier partners and transporters. All orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout. Please allow up to 5 to 7 working days for your orders to arrive.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping within India on all products. We pay for shipping, octroi, and other taxes. You only pay the value of the ordered product. We strive to ensure timely delivery of domestic orders within India in 48 hours* to most cities.

International Shipping

We take orders across the globe.

Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not incur these charges. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these fees may be.

If additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these fees. If a customer refuses to pay the customs duty or any other import duties, they will be liable to bear the shipping charges, and the refund amount will be issued after deducting those charges.

We strive to ship goods as soon as possible. Orders will be processed within 72 hours from the time they are received and delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
